Don’t worry, we still have the citizenship program. We are in the process of converting the data into our new web and application structure, and it will take some time until we fully migrate into the new system.

I don’t want just the E-Residency, I want full citizenship
We will open the new citizen application forms soon. The forms will be identical to the E-Residency forms. Feel free to pre-fill the forms. You can also buy the 5,000 Liberland Merits required for citizenship if you don’t have them yet.
I already have citizenship, do I have to apply anyway?
No. As a citizen, you automatically hold the status of an E-Resident, but if you want the E-Residency card, you have to submit this application.
Why do I have to pay if I already have merits?
Everything has a cost. You are simply helping to cover the cost of production of your card.
I can not come to Prague. Can you send me the card instead?
Yes, we also send the cards to any country that allows us, but you have to cover the cost of mailing it to you. Sending the card is done via postal services, so we cannot guarantee the delivery of the card. We can also deliver your card at any official Liberland event, if requested in advance.
If I applied on the old website, do I have to do that again?
No. We have begun the onboarding process for E-Residency and Citizenship. All the data from the old website is being migrated to the new one and you will have access to all the data that was on the old system. This change enables us to launch the ID verification.
What is involved in ID verification?
We will ask you to provide verification of your ID or passport so that we can ensure that every Liberland E-Resident and Citizen is an actual living person and not included in any international list of wanted persons. We aim to provide a high level of security to our E-Residents and Citizens to earn their trust and confidence.
I was not able to donate using my credit card
We are currently working hard on accepting credit card donations.
How can I get a Liberland passport?
The Free Republic of Liberland does not give out passports without conditions. They are normally issued to our diplomatic personnel and those who have made special contributions to Liberland. In order to get a Liberland passport there are certain minimum criteria which need to be fulfilled:
1) You have to collect 5,000 Liberland Merits by working for Liberland or donating
2) Fill out the forms of application for E-Residency
3) Write an email to office@liberland.org where you can discuss further
4) We will contact you for an interview
I already have a Liberland passport
If you already have a Liberland passport, then the following applies to you:
– Your passport is probably not verified according to the new standard
– If you want to get access to E-Residency services and have a Liberland passport for verification in 3rd party services, we need you to first go through the process of becoming an E-Resident
– If you don’t request E-Residency, you still will be a Liberland citizen, but not identifiable for external partners which sign up for our E-Residency program
