Stellar…Now On Coinbase Pro

On Wednesday, Coinbase Pro announced it was accepting deposits of Stellar, with trading support coming shortly thereafter.

The Stellar is the latest cryptocurrency to be listed on Coinbase’s pro.  The other recent addition was Ripple several weeks ago.

The price of Stella has increased 30% in recent days with the Coinbase Pro’s announcement adding an additional pop in price.

Stellar was started by Ripple co-founder Jed McCaleb.  Jed left Ripple holding 9 billion XRP, sold his holdings and donated some to charity. Prior to co-founding Stellar, Jeb is known for creating the bitcoin exchange Mt. Gox and the

You have to ask the question, Did $BA just blow off?

Calling top are one of the hardest market things to do. 90% of people get them wrong over and over again calling The Top, but i question this…did BA just top. I’m talking top for a very long time? No one thinks it can happen. You saw the buying in this dip the past couple days. Can it happen? Let’s take a look…

Yes, it 100% can happen. What does this look like? It looks like a bubble. It’s the same chart that all the crypto haters saw in December of 2018. You know when they called crypto trash? Well BA

Roku Rocking Again – Part II

Although Roku reported mixed guidance in last month’s third-quarter earnings report, Roku remains one of the fastest growing leaders in video streaming technology.

About 10% of U.S. TV viewers aged 18 to 34 are now on Roku and 10 million of its users do not have a linear TV bundles.

The platform works. There are now 23.8 million users relying on Roku — up 43% over the past year — but that is just one of the three pieces of this stacked engagement cake. The final nugget to consider is that average revenue per user is up 37% to $17.34 over the

Dick’s Sporting Goods, Another Retailer That Going To Bit The Dust – Part II

It’s been over six months since I last talked about Dick’s Sporting Goods.

The CEO, Stack went on to say during the conference call that the challenges with Under Armour should subside in 2019, as Dick’s finds new inventory — including fresh items from Under Armour — to fill its shelves.

I think Dick’s future doesn’t look great. Stack is talking about filling their shelves with fresh items. Maybe I should show Stack the picture below and introduce

Boeing’s Halo Effect

After the Federal Aviation Administration issued a statement late yesterday on its decision to keep the Boeing 737 Max planes flying, today they reversed course after reviewing new evidence collected at the site and satellite data.

Boeing released a statement stating they are in support of FAA’s decision and are doing everything they can to find out the cause of the accidents and resolve the issue. This announcement was in addition to Trump issuing an executive order grounding all Boeing 737 Max 8s in the US.

President Donald Trump said he is issuing an executive order Wednesday grounding all Boeing 737 Max

Carmageddon Is Back On

I was telling @newageinv how I have been trying to short General Motors for years (without success) and that I might get another chance in the near future.

You see, auto-loan delinquencies are at all-time highs again.

Serious auto-loan delinquencies – loans that are 90 days or more past due – surged to 4.47% of total auto loan balances in Q4 2018, according to New York Fed data this morning. This put the auto-loan delinquency rate at the highest level since Q1 2012 and just 0.6 percentage points below the peak during the Great Recession in Q1 2011.

Bitcoin and EOS Technical Analysis: READY TO MOVE?

Bitcoin continues consolidating within a wedge just above the $3,800 support. As it approaches the apex we should expect a larger move in the next 48 hours or so.

EOS is also consolidating within a wedge. Like bitcoin, it’s approaching the apex suggesting a larger move should be expected.

In todays analysis I discuss where prices may be heading next, traps to avoid and so much more. I hope you find it helpful.

Europe’s Woes

All global indices have bounced from the lows of late December due to prices being oversold.  However, the fundamental haven’t changed…economies around the world are decelerating.

Forget the ongoing trade war and China’s slowing growth — Deutsche Bank thinks “the biggest risk to the global economy comes from Europe.”

“The German manufacturing sector is flirting with recession and the Italian economy is in outright contraction. The ECB is unlikely to shift policy substantively in the near-term, leaving the economy fragile and exposed.”

Deutsche Bank expects GDP growth of just 0.9% in 2019. As a result of this fragility, Deutsche Bank fears that a

Currency Analysis Report 1-16-19…Brexit Delayed Again

Today, U.K. Prime Minister Theresa May asked Parliament to approve the withdrawal agreement with the European Union. The withdrawal agreement was rejected by 432 votes to 202. The 230 vote defeat is thought to be the largest in U.K. political history. U.K. government now has just three working days to map out a new plan of action.

The more Brexit lingers, the probability decreases England will leave the EU. Many think leaving the EU will hurt England.

Unusual Options Activity In Sea Limited

Sea Limited engages in the digital entertainment, e-commerce, and digital financial service businesses in the Greater Southeast Asia. The company operates through three segments: Digital Entertainment, E-commerce and Digital Financial services. Its digital entertainment platform provides users to access mobile and PC online games, and eSports operations and live streaming of online game play and social features.

Several weeks ago, Sea Limited reported a fourth-quarter 2018 loss of $0.81 / share, but the stock jumped because the results were better than anticipated.  I think the highlight of the earnings call was revenues surged 136.6% year over year to $389.3 million.  In
