Are you Buying $NFLX or $DIS ?

Disney recently announced a MAJOR competitor in the streaming space offering a very cheap monthly streaming service of $5.99 or something stupid low (I forgot). This is going to be a hit. There is no way around it. No ands, ifs, or buts. Every “family” with children in America is going to be paying $6 a month for cartoons that can be watched all the time, at any time. Check out the reaction once this was announced. Long term breakout to the upside.

This is going higher, I wrote about targeting 180+ on this break up (before the breakout lol)

StoneCo Ltd. The Square Of Brazil – Part 2

I last talked about StoneCo Ltd. one month ago and how they were the Paypal/Square of Brazil providing financial technology solutions that empower merchants and integrated partners to conduct electronic commerce across in-store, online, and mobile channels in Brazil.

StoneCo Ltd. The Square Of Brazil

StoneCo, recently went public last October and so I thought StoneCo was just getting started, suggesting to go long at $31, but the stock price broke the 4 hr demand zone at $31, which prompted me to dug into the matter a bit more.

In this case, the plunge appears to be triggered by a move from a

Tesla. Some people love them, a lot more hate them. Which side are you on?

Tesla is on the struggle bus right now. It seems every day there is a car catching on fire, an employee quitting, a tweet, etc. that is negative on the market price. Deliveries continue to miss, more promises continue to be made. So the question is, does Tesla make it?

I think the chart will tell you. Right now we are at the low end of a MASSIVE range dating back to 2017. (This base reminds me of MCD, LULU, and DIS by the way.

Twitter Had An Eventful Tuesday

U.S. President Donald Trump met with Twitter Inc’s Chief Executive Jack Dorsey on Tuesday, hours after attacking the social media company over his claims it is biased against conservatives.

Jack kept it professional and said the meeting with the President was constructive and that Twitter is commitment to protecting the health of the public conversation ahead of the 2020 U.S. elections.  It appeared the meeting outcome was mutual by the President.

But the real news was their earnings report that was released on Tuesday as well. Twitter reported first-quarter earnings took Wall Street by surprise.  Twitter earning 37 cents a share on revenue

Lockheed Martin…Blasted Higher

Lockheed Martin Corporation, a security and aerospace company, engages in the research, design, development, manufacture, integration, and sustainment of technology systems, products, and services worldwide.

Lockheed reported first quarter earnings today.  Lockheed reported earnings of $5.99 per vs. $4.02 per share, one year earlier. Also, Lockheed’s net sales for the quarter rose 23% to $14.34 billion. Thanks to President Trump and his loose policies on foreign arms sales, Lockheed raised their forecast for 2019, which is ahead of Wall Street Estimates.

For example, the United States is considering expanding sales of Lockheed-made F-35 fighter jets to five new nations including Romania, Greece

It’s Clear They “Bought the Dip”

After flipping back bullish once the 200 day was taken back, we have continued the “V-shaped” rally back to all time highs. This rally has been incredible and the pain train continues to be higher. It appears that this “long in the tooth rally” may cause a massive short squeeze to the upside. The buyers are pressing and pressing and a volatility expansion up may be in the cards.

Looking at the long term formation it is VERY clear that they “bought the dip”. Check this out.

It’s quite incredible we have seen nothing like this in the last 10

FX Empire Is Spot On With Their AUD/USD Analysis

The Australian Dollar finished lower on Friday. The currency also finished lower for the week as investors began pricing in a potential interest rate cut by the Reserve Bank of Australia as early as August. Early in the week, the RBA minutes mentioned it had discussed a rate cut. Mid-week, China announced better-than-expected GDP growth. Late in the week, Australian employment change beat the forecast. Nonetheless, the good news failed to generate enough buying interest to support a gain for the daily or week. The main trend is up according to the daily swing chart. A trade through .7206

United Rentals, Inc., through its subsidiaries, operates as an equipment rental company that services construction and industrial companies, manufacturers, utilities, municipalities, homeowners, and government entities.  Through United Rental a company can rent backhoes, forklifts, earthmoving equipment, and material handling equipment, scissor lifts, crossing plates, line testing equipment for underground work, electrical distribution equipment, etc.

So you see, like Caterpillar, United Rentals is a great barometer of the economy.  United Rentals reported earnings last week and earned $3.31 / share for the fourth quarter which beat estimates. Revenue also rose 22% compared to the fourth quarter last year.  Probably more important, United
