There are pros and cons to most everything in life and this includes homeowner associations.
Homeowner Associations (HOAs)
HOAs are a non-profit organization that enforce a community’s covenants and maintain its common areas.
Just like you would have in any other organization there is a board of directors that oversee this function.  The board members are volunteers and are voted in by the members of the community.
Pros and Cons
There is a maintenance fee that comes with the services provided and organized by the HOA.  It is usually in the form of a monthly payment, but some do it quarterly.

Steem showing Positive Divergences #crypto #cryptocurrency #blockchain

Ever since the announcement that @steemit was powering down and Bithumb was going to open up Steem accounts, the price of steem has been ripping higher. Now it is over 70+% from the bottom and currently trading higher than $0.40.

Looking at the charts, steem is one of the only cryptocurrencies that is currently trending higher over this duration. Many of the others were going sideways and are not selling off. Steem is not. This is called RELATIVE STRENGTH. This is what you want to be seeing, assets bucking the trend and moving positively. This may mean nothing because None can

10 Basic Crypto Investment Guidelines

In my two decades as an active investor – I’ve made every mistake in the book of mistakes. I’m sure I’ve also added a few new entries. However, over time, I’ve taken a few lessons on-board.

Of course, we can’t control the outcome of an investment but we can control how we go about taking that position in the first place.  Skimming a whitepaper, reading a 2-page article, scanning

BITCOIN: Equal Patterns = Equal Results?

Another day of tiny volume, drafting what people is starting to call another “Bart” pattern, this time inverted.
Actually, if we want to be more rigorous with the TA and Pattern Recognition nomenclature this is what is called as Bear Flag… again…
Flags or pennants used to indicate a sudden acceleration of the price, it could be upwards or downwards but, since it is placed at then of a long candle down it is more likely that the acceleration would occur by tthe same direction, downwards…
Also, I feel it must be downwards since the EW-count still has some room to add a

BITCOIN – possible W pattern

On 4hr chart, consolidation continue around 3520 zone preparing for the next move. Where will it head ? up or down ? If it continue to hold, maybe there’s a light bounce to form a mini double bottom W pattern up to neckline around 3700 again. It could also dip lower lows, 2nd leg of staircase pattern into 3300 zone. More bias towards light bounce.

Nikkei 225 Looking Bearish

The Nikkei 225 more
commonly called the Nikkei, is a stock market index for the Tokyo Stock
Exchange (TSE). Like the DOW in the US, the Nikkei is a price-weighted index, measures

array of industry sectors.

Nikkei is known best for
being in the longest bear market in modern history. On Dec. 29, 1989, the
Nikkei reached an all-time intraday high of 38,957. Three decades later, the
Nikkei’s value is still 47% below that mark.

And I don’t anticipate the Nikkei coming out of the bear market anytime soon because within the last 12 months, the Nikkei

Elliott Wave Analysis
In Elliott Wave terms, Steem began a wave one advance in December 2017. The red wave one (blue sub-waves i-ii-iii-iv-v) finished in April 2018, and the red wave two (blue sub-waves a-b-c) correction ended in December 2018. If this wave count is correct, Steem should be heading next towards the April 2018 peak in the red wave three.
