Have You Ever Heard Of Dine Brand Global???

Me either.  However, Dine Brand Global together with its subsidiaries, owns, franchises, operates, and rents full-service restaurants in the United States and internationally.  I know this still doesn’t tell you who Dine Brand Global is.  How about this…the company owns Applebee’s and International House of Pancakes (IHOP).

Over the last four quarters, the company has surpassed consensus EPS estimates three times.  On Thursday as the stock rose 8% after the company reported a 21% jump in fourth quarter revenue end route to a beat in the fourth quarter.  The company reported fourth quarter earnings of $1.70 per share on revenue of

Garmin Is Just Like Madonna

Garmin, the maker of full-featured GPS navigation systems that take the doubt out of driving as you make your commute or vacation.  However, with the introduction of smart phones and navigation apps, I was sure Garmin was going out of business.  But just like Madonna, who has been in the business for almost 30 years mastered the art of reinventing herself.  And that’s exactly what Garmin did.

Global wearable fitness trackers market is on track to generate revenue of $48.2 billion by 2023, led by adoption of fitness tracking apps and rise in demand for wireless health monitoring devices, according to

As Financials Go, Equity Markets Go

That’s at least what Jack Ablin, chief investor officer of Cresset Wealth Advisors with $3.5 billion in assets under management said.

“In general, the stock market likes it when financials do well. And right now, over the last six months, financials have underperformed. That would suggest that equities could struggle over the next six months,” he said. “The fact is that the financial markets and liquidity in general is really the lifeblood of the equity market.”

I have to kindly disagree with Jack. The chart below show the SPDR Financial ETF, XLF vs the SPY. The chart shows XLF went sideways relative to

Bitcoin and EOS Analysis: QUICK UPDATE

Bitcoin has been unable to break above the $4,000 resistance (Coinbase). Volume ’s dropped off slightly, which was expected. Price is currently trading round $3,900. it looks like we may see one more attempt to breach $4,000. If that fails, I’m expecting a drop back at least $3,800. EOS has been impressive these past few…

Looking for the Turn… $NDX $SQQQ $SPX $DJI

Wow this market truly pushes you to the limits. After nailing the Christmas Eve bottom in the equities market I flipped back to being intermediate bearish once the DOW and SPX were hitting the 200 day and major resistance levels. The past few days and week or so are really testing the bears patience as they try and get EVERYONE BACK IN who sold off at the lows. This has been a grueling couple weeks especially after being up so much in a row. NDX is now at the 200 day and I have been timestamped bearish in the 7035

Trybe TV – Bitcoin Technical Analysis: BREAKOUT IN PRICE AND VOLUME

Bitcoin has broken above the $3,600 resistance, and is now testing $3,800. This breakout was backed by a very bullish increase in volume. Looking at the daily MACD, we’re seeing some slight bearish divergence. This suggests we could see a pull back. Should that happen, I’d watch for support around $3,700-$3,650. The daily chart also…

$HACK continues to show resilience! It is a No Brainer! ?

HACK is the cyber security ETF that I am very big on and have been for the past couple years. You can see in the chart why I love this ETF. After the immediate sell off when it started, it has powered to all time highs. Then, after the most recent market “bear”, it is within a stone throw away from all time highs again.

Currently it is trading above key weekly moving averages and looks very very strong. HACK appears to have a magnet towards highs if the market hangs in there. This will be one of the ETFs I
