Bitcoin Hitting New 2019 Highs!

Bitcoin bulls have continued to impress, hitting another new 2019 high today of $9,430. Daily volume is steady.

Shorts have spiked nearly 50% in the last 10 days. This would suggest bitcoin may have more room to run in the form of a short squeeze.

Looking at the CME Futures chart, we’ve discussed the gap between $7,200 and $7,450. We’ve got another fresh gap between $8,500 and $9,050. Probability is price will eventually drop to close these gaps. That said, it doesn’t mean bitcoin won’t continue up first.

In today’s video I discuss where price may be heading next, key areas to watch,

Tips to Weed Out Fraudulent Rental Applications

Tenants are our biggest asset when owning rental properties.  Rental payments is where our income for the property is derived.  There is no bottom line without the rental income, thus good tenants are integral.
Having a solid tenant screening process is important, but we also want to make sure that the application we are reviewing is legit in the first place.
Now, if you have property management screening tenants for you then these are some things they should be doing already.  For those self managing let’s discuss a few points in particular as we can be a more desirable target for the

Garbage IPO of the Day: $NDLS

This series is simply being created to show that there is risk in ALL investale assets, not just altcoins and crypto. The recent trend by the government and regulators is that alt coins are exit scams that are being made to raise money and then stealing the hard worked coin from the moms and pops who do not do their do diligence. Well guess what? This is not an isolated incident. ALL INVESTABLE ASSETS HAVE RISK…even the regulated ones…

Noodles and Co.! What a garbage stock. This stock went public in June of 2013 and opened at the STRONG price

Bitcoin Creates New Local High…Bull Trap or Bull Run?

Bitcoin took out the prior local high, rising to nearly $8,300 before bears stepped in to push it back down. It’s currently trading within a major area of resistance between $8,250 and $8,150. Until we see a 4 hour candle open and close above this resistance, be aware of a possible bull trap. That said, price did break out on a decent amount of volume. The fact it hasn’t been strongly rejected is significant. Should we see a 4 hour candle open and close above $8,150, I’d have to favor the bulls with another move up testing $8,450.

The $TWTR Ripper! Held the line, now off to the races?

Twitter surprised on the last earning and gapped up over 15+% that day. I believe that this was the day that TWTR had turned the corner. The chart had been setting up for quite some time and the base that TWTR was building was growing. After the earnings report I wanted to see TWTR go sideways and hold some levels…

As you can see a couple days ago TWTR (Monday) lost the two most important levels of 36 and 35 since the earnings gap. The gap was filled and I thought that the boys may be puking the earnings gains. If

Summertime Equals Peak Property Buying Time!

As temperatures heat up so does the activity in the real estate market.  People come out of the woodwork ranging from casual investors to people looking to buy or sell a home before the new school year.
Either way the market always has more hustle and bustle during the summertime and it is on us as investors to take advantage of that.
Yes, there may be more competition, but there are also more homes for sale as many wait till the spring to list.
Even for off-market deals, people don’t want to move during the winter and are more inclined to sell in

Bitcoin Analysis: Consolidating Before Next Move

Bitcoin has been consolidating on top of major support at $7,500. It seems to be getting squeezed within a small wedge, currently trading around $7,700. Daily volume has died off a bit as traders are waiting for the next move.

We’ve now seen a daily candle open and close below the 21 day EMA.

Long and short positions are both dropping, suggesting a lack of confidence in direction.

In today’s video I discuss where price may be heading next, buy and sell targets, traps to avoid and so much more. I hope you find it helpful.

Multiple Streams of Income is Key to Financial Freedom

Did you know that the majority of multi-millionaires have seven or more streams of income.  Yes, that is correct – Seven!
Still have some work to do…
Having that many streams of income sounds great, but what it really had me thinking about is the majority of society only has one. One income – generally a job, which you can lose to a layoff, firing, etc. Putting someone at zero just like that.
Additional Streams of Income
It’s important to have more than one stream of income for several reasons:

It’s prudent (if you lose a single source of income now you have to worry

The Bitcoin Halving Event – Part 2

Yesterday I started a two part series on Bitcoin Halving. This is the second part of that series. It will make little sense if you have missed Part 1.  Part 1 is available here: https://trybe.one/archives/the-bitcoin-halving-event-part-1/

TRANSACTION FEES:

What happens after the very last Bitcoin has been mined? Will miners stop mining because there are no longer any block rewards? No, they won’t. That is because block rewards are only a part of what miners earn when they mine a BTC block. They also earn transaction fees.At the moment transaction fees are only worth around 10% of the block

ScaredyCatGuide’s Personal Finance Allocation Tip

A personal finance tip for how to allocate income, the buckets I use and the percentages that go toward each.
It’s a video I did some time back, here is what I lay out:
Income Allocation
55% towards living expenses (mortgage, food, utilities, etc.)
20% toward long-term savings/rainy day fund (for emergencies or replacement of large ticket items)
10% for investing/passive income creation (investing in and acquiring income producing assets)
10% for fun time money (pure discretionary income to spend on anything you like!)
5% for learning and getting better (taking a class or a course, i.e, learning something new)

(^ awesome t-shirt, right?)
This is a ratio I
